Privacy Notice

Effective September 16, 2026. This notice explains how SignalSourced handles information when you visit signalsourced.com, apply for our pilot, contact us or book a call.

1. Information we collect

When you apply, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, work email, agency website, team size, project value, available capacity, ideal customers and client-acquisition needs. When you contact us, we receive the content of your message and your contact details. If you book a call, Calendly processes scheduling details such as name, email, chosen time, time zone and any answers you provide. Routine technical data, such as IP address, device/browser information and access logs, may be processed by our website host and other service providers to deliver and secure the site.

2. How we use it

We use this information to review applications, respond to inquiries, arrange and conduct calls, evaluate whether our service fits your agency, deliver an agreed service if you become a client, maintain records, and protect the site from abuse. Sending an application does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. We do not promise any particular legal basis applies to every visitor; where applicable law requires consent or another lawful basis, we will follow that requirement.

3. Business research and outreach

As part of our proposed B2B service, we may research relevant companies and professional contacts using business websites, publicly available professional information and approved business-data providers. Such information may include company, role, professional email, public business signals and source notes. We aim to keep outreach relevant and accurate and to honor applicable objections and opt-out requests. This research is separate from applications submitted on this website. We do not claim a public signal proves purchasing intent.

4. Providers and sharing

We use Vercel to host the website, Formspree to process application submissions, Zoho Mail for correspondence, and Calendly and Zoom for appointment booking and video meetings. Google-hosted fonts are requested when pages load. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices, potentially in different countries. We may share relevant information with a client only where necessary for an agreed service and subject to applicable requirements. We do not sell application submissions or publish your application details.

5. Cookies, fonts and analytics

Our current site does not intentionally run advertising pixels or a dedicated visitor analytics product. Hosting, forms, scheduling links or third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies, and externally hosted Google fonts may receive technical request data. If we add optional analytics or advertising technology, we will update this notice and implement any required choices before using it. A separate Calendly or Zoom page is governed by that provider's notices.

6. Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including follow-up, service delivery, operational records or legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate. We use account access controls and reputable service providers; no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold about you, withdraw consent where relevant, or object to further outreach, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. Email inquiries@signalsourced.com and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing information. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority where you have that right.

8. International visitors

We operate from India and work with providers and potential clients in other countries. Information may be processed across borders. Depending on your location and our activities, different privacy laws may apply; this notice does not replace rights you have under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update this notice as our operations and tools change. The effective date above identifies this version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
