Effective September 16, 2026. These terms apply to use of signalsourced.com and inquiries submitted through the website. They are not a client services agreement.
1. Using this website
You may browse the website and submit genuine business inquiries. Please do not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or misleading material, or misuse the application form. We may restrict access to protect the website or other users.
2. What the site describes
Our website describes an early-stage, signal-based B2B outbound service and an advertised founding-partner pilot. The website is informational; descriptions, examples and illustrative graphics are not evidence of actual client results or a commitment to produce a specific volume of leads, replies, meetings, revenue or return on investment.
3. Applications and discovery calls
Submitting an application or booking a discovery call does not create a client relationship, guarantee acceptance, reserve one of the advertised pilot places, or obligate either party to purchase or provide services. We may review fit and capacity before making an offer. Calendly and Zoom bookings are subject to their respective service terms; please use the cancellation or rescheduling links in your confirmation if plans change.
4. Pilot price and separate agreement
The advertised founding pilot is USD $750 for a proposed 30-day engagement. The website is not a checkout or payment contract. If we agree to work together, a separate written agreement or order will confirm the parties' legal names, scope, start date, deliverables, payment timing, taxes, any additional client-approved sending infrastructure or data costs, confidentiality, data handling, termination and refund/cancellation terms. No payment is requested merely by applying. If any website description conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.
5. Service limits
Outreach depends on targeting, verified information, market response, client inputs, platform policies and other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee meetings, closed deals or revenue. We do not represent that any researched company has confirmed an intent to buy. We will discuss campaign approvals, compliance responsibilities, access, reporting and any sending setup before executing work for a client.
6. Content and third-party services
The SignalSourced name, text, design and original website materials are provided for informational use; do not present them as your own or imply affiliation. Third-party sites linked here, including Formspree, Calendly and Zoom, are operated by their respective providers, whose availability, terms and privacy practices we do not control. Links are not endorsements.
7. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep information current, but the website may contain errors or be unavailable occasionally. Contact us to confirm any material information before relying on it for a purchase decision. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
